Job summary

Epic is seeking Infrastructure Engineers in South Burlington, VT, to design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale hosting architectures. This role requires expertise in various areas such as security, network, cloud, and DevOps. Epic also offers relocation assistance to Madison, WI for successful candidates.

As a critical member of the Hosting team, you will ensure the integrity and confidentiality of Epic's systems while working in an inclusive environment. Diverse engineering backgrounds are welcomed, and continuous training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
• Follow policies and procedures; escalate issues when necessary.
• Report potential security incidents and provide relevant information.

Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise scale hosting architecture. We have opportunities for all experience levels. As a member of the Hosting team at Epic, you'll be responsible for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting. Those responsibilities include:

• Following policies and procedures and escalating when policies or procedures are not followed
• Escalating potential security incidents and providing relevant information
• Meeting all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures
