Epic is recruiting for an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, coordinate, and maintain our mission-critical hosting architecture. The role spans security, network services, cloud, virtualization, and Windows environments, with opportunities for all experience levels.

Relocation to Madison, WI is required, with financial assistance provided. We offer a campus-style setting just outside Madison, ongoing professional development, and a supportive team focused on healthcare scale systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CIS/IS/IT or related field.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).

• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.

• Design, build, coordinate, and maintain multi-tenant, high-complexity hosting architecture.
• Work across infrastructure engineering areas (Security, Network, Network Security, Network Services, DevOps, Cloud, SAN & Backup, Virtualization, Windows).
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.

Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise scale hosting architecture. We have opportunities for all experience levels. As a member of the Hosting team at Epic, you'll be responsible for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting. Those responsibilities include:

• Following policies and procedures and escalating when policies or procedures are not followed
• Escalating potential security incidents and providing relevant information
• Meeting all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures
