Brown and Caldwell in Richmond, Virginia is looking for an Infrastructure Design Project Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and delivery of complex infrastructure design projects for municipal water and wastewater systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong design process leadership skills, a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, and a Licensed Professional Engineer designation. Comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary ranging from $129,000 to $212,000 based on experience are offered.
The Infrastructure Design Project Manager leads the planning, scheduling, and delivery of complex infrastructure design projects for municipal water and wastewater systems. The role is responsible for developing and executing detailed project plans that address timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, this position ensures plans are realistic, achievable, and aligned with project objectives. The role also monitors progress, identifies risks or potential delays, and implements corrective actions to keep projects on track. Success in this position requires familiarity with linear buried infrastructure design in the water-wastewater industry, along with the ability to provide both project and design management for municipal infrastructure projects while maintaining and strengthening client relationships.
The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
