Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Project Lead 2 in the United States, focusing on data center modernization, hybrid cloud, AI-driven infrastructure, and cross-domain architecture. You will drive pre-sales efforts, align with business goals, and guide governance with senior client stakeholders.

Join a team delivering end-to-end proposals, managing budgets, and coordinating multiple disciplines across data center, cloud, network, cyber, and MS solutions.

Qualifications

In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools related to IT infrastructure
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill And Experience

• Drives infrastructure solutions across data center modernization, private and hybrid cloud, virtualization, HPC, CaaS, Infra for AI, AI POD and AI Factory-led transformation.
• The role plays technology solution consultant role across pursuits, translating capabilities into client ready solutions and vendor/client price book patterns.
• Instrumental in bringing together Data center, Network, Cyber, Cloud and MS solution elements into one coherent end-to-end proposal.
• Prior Pre-Sales & Cross-Industry Transformation Experience.
• Enterprise & Cross-Domain Architecture.
• Techno-Commercial Acumen.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Ability to define complex, AI-enabled infrastructure architectures and anchor solution reviews across data center, cloud, network, cyber and managed services towers.
• Understanding of consulting, presales, solutioning and pricing frameworks, including assumptions, dependency mapping, effort models, vendor bill of material and client price book alignment.
• Contribute to thought leadership participate in calls relationship with analysts in her/his focus areas
• Ability to leverage domain knowledge and AI-first solution thinking to solve business and IT problems from a technology, operating model and commercial perspective, while switching context across multiple infrastructure services.
• Customer, vendor, alliance and internal stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead pursuits and integrate inputs from Data center, Network, Cyber, Cloud and MS teams.
• Identify and create printable artifacts guides and author papers
• Contribute to performance appraisals and career aspiration programs for junior team members and lead technical discussions with customer technology experts to articulate technical value and differentiation.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
