Job summary

US STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS (SSP) seeks a qualified engineer for Federal service at NH-02/GS-11 level. The position focuses on professional engineering work managing facilities construction and related contracts.

Responsibilities include performing construction quality assurance to identify and resolve design and construction deficiencies and contract deviations. Experience can be paid, unpaid, or volunteer. Additional qualifications on the OPM standards may apply.

Job description

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing professional engineer work managing facilities construction; and/or performing construction quality assurance to identify and resolve design and construction deficiencies and contract deviations.
