Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior construction inspection professional in California to lead the inspection of bridges, retaining walls, and related heavy civil components, ensuring compliance with plans and standards.

You will coordinate with contractors and designers, review submittals and RFIs, document activities, mentor junior staff, and support project controls. 15+ years in construction inspection, 10+ years in heavy civil transportation, and relevant certificates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction inspection, with a strong focus on structural/bridge work.
• 10+ years of experience on heavy civil transportation projects (rail, roadway, grade separations, or similar).
• 10+ years of experience in structural inspection, including reinforced concrete, steel structures, and foundation systems.

$180,000 - $200,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 15+ years of experience in construction inspection, with a strong focus on structural/bridge work

• 10+ years of experience on heavy civil transportation projects (rail, roadway, grade separations, or similar)

• 10+ years of experience in structural inspection, including reinforced concrete, steel structures, and foundation systems

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Strong understanding of Caltrans standards and specifications preferred

• Relevant certificates (e.g., Caltrans Structure Representative, ACI, AWS, or equivalent) strongly preferred
