Job summary

Accenture is seeking a cost estimator with strong experience in cost planning, Life Cycle Costing, and Value Engineering for mission-critical projects. The role requires MRICS status, a Quantity Surveying degree, and extensive CostX and MS Office usage.

You will collaborate with clients and design teams, manage risks, and support procurement activities across diverse environments. Hybrid work arrangement with remote and onsite client access as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in cost estimating or quantity surveying.
• Minimum five years using CostX to produce estimates and bills.
• Minimum five years of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) at an appropriate level.
• Experience with data centers or similar mission-critical projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a cognate qualification.
• MRICS status.
• Knowledge of construction technologies and sustainability trends.
• Demonstrated field experience.
• Post-contract administration skills.
• Project close-out skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; organized and detail-oriented.

Location and Working Arrangement

Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
