THE WORK:
  1. Understand and administer the company's contract and subcontract agreements.
  2. Foster and enhance relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
  3. Oversee the design process and development for data center MEP systems.
  4. Contribute to project planning and technical documentation.
  5. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project standards.
  6. Conduct schedule and progress reviews, providing updates to stakeholders.
  7. Manage field operations and engineering processes.
  8. Ensure safety protocols and manage insurance, labor, and employee relations.
  9. Communicate effectively to ensure project alignment and troubleshoot issues.
  10. Maintain accurate QA/QC/Cx documentation.

Salary: $130,000 - $155,000 per year. Compensation varies based on location, role, experience, and other factors. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in mission-critical or data center projects.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Ability to travel or relocate.
  • Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, engineering, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to interpret technical documents.
  • Experience with BIM, Lean, and other advanced technologies.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and take initiative.
  • Goal-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
