Job summary

Meriton is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automation solutions across hybrid IT environments. You will standardize processes, reduce manual work, and enable scalable growth via infrastructure-as-code and workflow automation.

You will collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, and Operations teams to build self-service workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and robust monitoring for automated systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience automating operations in hybrid environments (on-prem plus cloud such as Azure or other major providers).
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell/Microsoft Graph, Python, Bash, or similar.
• Power Automate experience required.
• Terraform experience preferred.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for on-prem and cloud environments using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of servers, networks, storage, and other infrastructure components.
• Apply a working knowledge of enterprise networking to design and maintain automation solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and configuration changes.
• Identify manual IT processes and design automation to improve consistency, speed, and quality.
• Develop self-service workflows and catalog items to trigger automations.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for automated workflows and infrastructure.
