Experience: 13+ years in IT with a minimum of 5+ years in Azure Infrastructure, Azure Migrate, Azure Networking (mainly Azure SQL IaaS/PaaS, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure IAM). Proven experience working with teams of 5 or more in infrastructure, including guiding, managing, and governing teams. Willing to provide 24x7 support and flexible to work in shifts.

Primary Skills:

1. Expertise in on-premises and public cloud infrastructure assessments using Azure Migrate.
2. Driving Azure solutioning activities for large, complex migrations.
3. Ensuring solutions align with Azure strategy, stakeholder management, and cover Business, Application, Infrastructure, and commercial aspects.
4. Experience with industries such as banking, healthcare, and insurance.
5. Understanding customer infrastructure landscape and designing/building Azure Landing Zones.
6. Providing Azure target architecture, Bill of Materials (BoM), pricing, and licensing details.
7. Creating Azure target solution architecture diagrams (including HLD & LLD) covering all Azure services.
8. Migrating on-premises workloads to Azure using Azure Migrate.
9. Troubleshooting Azure and Windows environments (issues related to processors, networking, clusters, I/O, memory, etc.).

Secondary Skills:

1. Designing infrastructure solutions.
2. Designing business continuity and disaster recovery solutions.
3. Designing identity, governance, and monitoring solutions (minimum exposure).
4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, customer stakeholders, and project managers to understand migration requirements and provide solutions.

Certifications: Good to have.
