- Follow approved implementation sequencing, change controls, validation procedures, cutover plans, and rollback requirements.
- Coordinate assigned technical tasks with internal teams, implementation partners, vendors, and Managed Services Partners.
- Document implementation results, exceptions, issues, configuration changes, and follow-up actions so delivery status remains transparent and supportable.
- 3) Apply and Learn Architecture Standards and Design Patterns
- Use published service standards, technical patterns, reference architectures, configuration standards, and approved technologies as the basis for solution-delivery work.
- Partner with Design & Delivery Engineers and Service Portfolio Architects when requirements fall outside established patterns or require architectural interpretation.
- Contribute implementation lessons, configuration guidance, reusable procedures, and technical observations that improve standards and future delivery repeatability.
- Develop familiarity with Architecture Review Board (ARB) requirements and ensure assigned work reflects approved architecture decisions and conditions.
- 4) Support Vendor and Delivery Partner Activities
- Assist senior engineers with technical coordination of implementation partners, technology vendors, consulting organizations, and Managed Services Partners.
- Review assigned portions of technical proposals, implementation plans, engineering deliverables, and validation results for alignment with documented requirements.
- Track technical dependencies, open questions, defects, remediation items, and acceptance activities associated with partner-led work.
- Participate in technical working sessions and elevate concerns when partner deliverables do not align with approved designs, standards, or operational expectations.
- 5) Support Operational Readiness and Service Acceptance
- Work with Design & Delivery Engineers and Service Delivery Managers to prepare monitoring requirements, runbooks, support procedures, access requirements, recovery documentation, escalation paths, and other operational-readiness artifacts.
- Participate in production-readiness and service-acceptance reviews and help close technical readiness gaps prior to transition.
- Validate that required implementation records, configuration information, knowledge articles, and support documentation are complete and accessible.
- Help ensure operational teams and Managed Services Partners receive the information and technical context required to support newly delivered capabilities.
- 6) Participate in Hypercare, Support Transition, and Knowledge Transfer
- Support structured hypercare following deployments, migrations, platform introductions, and significant technology changes.
- Monitor implementation outcomes, investigate post-deployment issues, and coordinate with senior engineers and support teams during stabilization.
- Prepare knowledge-transfer materials and participate in technical walkthroughs for Service Delivery Managers, Technology Operations, and Managed Services Partners.
- Capture lessons learned and recommended updates to implementation procedures, technical standards, runbooks, or support documentation.
- 7) Assist with Incident Troubleshooting and Service Recovery
- Provide technical troubleshooting support for incidents and service disruptions involving technologies the Analyst has implemented or supports.
- Work under the guidance of senior engineering resources during major incidents, complex escalations, or cross-domain recovery activities.
- Contribute technical findings to root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, and service‑improvement activities.
- Use incident and operational feedback to strengthen future deployment practices, documentation, validation, and engineering decisions.
- 8) Deliver Defined Small-Scale Technical Work
- Own clearly scoped technical work packages and smaller infrastructure changes that fit established standards and implementation patterns.
- Build task plans, coordinate dependencies, execute technical activities, track progress, and communicate risks or blockers.
- Escalate when requirements, complexity, risk, or design decisions exceed the expected scope of the assignment.
- Progressively assume responsibility for more complex delivery efforts as technical competency, business context, and engineering judgment develop.
- 9) Maintain Engineering Documentation and Build Technical Capability
- Create and maintain diagrams, configuration documentation, implementation records, validation evidence, operational-readiness checklists, knowledge‑transfer materials, and technical decision notes.
- Maintain accurate documentation sufficient to support troubleshooting, auditability, operational support, and future lifecycle activities.
- Build practical knowledge across IO&A infrastructure domains and develop deeper specialization in one or more technology areas while expanding cross-domain awareness.
- Actively seek feedback, participate in design and implementation reviews, and use mentoring from senior technical resources to accelerate professional growth.
Required Qualifications
