Amazon is seeking Infra Delivery Install Technicians to support data center infrastructure across locations, including Canton, MS. You will move and install enterprise equipment, lay fiber and copper cabling, and patch cables while following strict safety protocols.
The role requires travel and willingness to work at multiple sites. These positions demand 2+ years in data center operations and cabling, with familiarity of copper and optical fiber, switches, and routers.

Infra Delivery Install Technicians will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex technical scenarios, and implement strategic solutions that keep our network running seamlessly. This role supports data centers in various operational stages. The position may be assigned to a facility still under development, which could require travel to established locations for training until your designated site becomes fully operational.
Candidates must be able to travel (over 50 miles) or commute (less than 50 miles) to active data center sites as required by business needs.
2+ years of data center, critical environment, computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or data center operations experience, or experience in similar technical roles
2+ years of network cabling, fiber optics, and test equipment including VFL, power meter, and OTDR experience
Experience with network hardware: copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Network Engineering), or experience in professional or military IT-related roles
certification in a relevant field (CCENT - Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician, Network+, or CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
