Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to lead infotainment software development, focusing on headunit platforms for multiple models, aligned with CASE and high quality standards.

You will work within a development team, direct supplier activities, and contribute to testing, documentation, and requirement specification for hardware, software and communications components.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint).
• Proficient PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in Software Development (Java, C, C++, Android OS).
• Attention to detail and high personal standards.
• Basic project management skills to set timelines.
• Self-motivated to maintain test schedules.
• Organizational skills to prioritize workload and meet timelines.
• Ability to generate creative solutions and work in teams.
• Experience with infotainment features (Bluetooth, CarPlay/Android Auto, Voice Recognition) preferred.
• Familiarity with CASE and Infotainment unit development.
• Ability to use testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, ESD) preferred.
• Valid Ohio driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct software integration partners to design and manage software to maturation.
• Infotainment software testing and development activities.
• Write clear reports, presentations, and technical documents.
• Analyze test results, predict performance/failure, and provide data.
• Capture requirements and develop specifications for system components.
• Communicate development schedules and status to departments.
