Thoropass, Inc. is seeking a Manager, InfoSec Solutions to own a portfolio of ISO audits for emerging tech companies and lead a high-performing team.

You will shape the future of audit technology in collaboration with the Labs team, driving AI-powered auditing and innovative processes. This role offers a work-from-home model in the United States, with a strong emphasis on delivering world-class audits, mentoring staff, and advancing the company’s AI-enabled audit engine.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ISO audits in an audit or consulting firm.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• ISO Lead Auditor certifications (27001/42001/27701) or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Deliver World-Class Audits: oversee ISO audits and ensure quality reports.
• Lead and Mentor: manage junior to mid-level auditors and foster excellence.
• Drive Efficiency: optimize processes to scale ISO audits without reducing quality.
• Enhance Customer Experience: improve the integrated audit experience for clients.
• Be a Thought Leader: advise on information security and ISO standards.
