Job summary

Finom is seeking an Information Security Officer to join our Cyber Security team. You will own security compliance, risk management, and governance across EU markets and remote teams.

You will work with a mature ISMS, audits, vendor assessments, and reporting. This role reports to the CISO and collaborates with Risk, Legal, Internal Audit, and Engineering to ensure practical security controls and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of information security compliance, ISMS, or related areas.
• Practical experience with ISO/IEC 27001 certification processes.
• Experience with risk assessments, risk registers and risk treatment plans.
• Ability to translate standards into practical controls with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ISMS and ICT risk management framework records.
• Perform and refresh information security risk assessments and track risk treatment plans.
• Prepare for internal and external audits, certifications and assessments; coordinate with auditors.
• Run periodic checks of control design and operating effectiveness; raise remediation gaps.
• Draft and maintain information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
