Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in information security, preferably with GRC focus.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and common threats.
• Strong communication and ability to explain security concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities across processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Manage and oversee security awareness training programs for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
• Assist in the management of security technologies and incident response efforts.
