Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a mid-level Information Security Compliance professional to manage client assurance processes, security questionnaires, and audit evidence. You will coordinate with GRC, IAM, Security Operations, and other teams to gather, validate, and deliver secure, compliant responses.

You will triage requests, maintain evidence libraries, and produce status updates for leadership, while ensuring confidentiality and timely delivery across geographic regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of industry experience in information security compliance, client assurance, IT audit, or GRC.
• Experience completing or coordinating security questionnaires (e.g., SIG, CAIQ) and client audits with trackers and follow-through.
• Working knowledge of IAM, vulnerability management, application and cloud security, incident response, and security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary intake for client security due diligence and questionnaires (SIG, CAIQ, RFPs/RFIs).
• Triage requests, set internal deadlines, route to SMEs, track progress and escalate overdue items.
• Draft responses using approved content and route for SME validation and approval; maintain reusable response library.
• Coordinate audits and evidence requests with cross-functional teams (GRC, Security Operations, IAM, Infra, App).
• Review outgoing evidence for redaction and confidentiality; maintain organized evidence repository.
• Track findings from audits and remediation status; prepare status updates for clients.
• Support third-party risk assessments as needed.
• Prepare operational metrics and status reports for Information Security leadership.
