Zusammenfassung

SitusAMC Holdings Corp. is seeking a proactive coordinator to manage client security inquiries, due diligence, and evidence collection within the Information Security GRC team.

You will oversee intake, route to SMEs, and ensure timely, accurate responses while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. You will gather policies, procedures, and test results, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and track findings and remediation progress.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's/Associate degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Finance, Legal Studies, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in information security compliance, client assurance, IT audit, or GRC, preferably in financial or professional services.
• Experience coordinating security questionnaires and client audits, with trackers and follow-through.
• Knowledge of IAM, vulnerability management, cloud security, incident response, and security awareness.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF frameworks.
• Strong written/verbal communication and ability to translate technical info for non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate client security questionnaires and due diligence responses from intake to delivery.
• Triage requests, set internal deadlines, route to SMEs, track progress, and escalate overdue items.
• Draft responses using approved content and route for SME validation and approval.
• Coordinate audit walkthroughs and onsite client visits; liaise between clients and Information Security.
• Collect and organize evidence such as policies, architecture docs, and screenshots.
• Track findings and remediation status; support internal audits and third-party risk assessments.
• Prepare operational metrics and status reports for Information Security leadership.
