Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Information Security Engineer to design and transform security capabilities across our global enterprise. You will work with security architecture, operations, and business teams to turn ideas into scalable, automated security solutions that adapt to evolving threats.

We expect hands-on experience across endpoint, cloud, identity, and data security, plus a strong background in implementing and evaluating new security technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity or security engineering roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, or Engineering.
• Experience with enterprise security technologies such as EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR, IAM/PAM, DLP/DSPM, or vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Design and transform enterprise security capabilities across endpoint, cloud, identity, network, application, and data-security domains.
• Explore and evaluate emerging security technologies through experiments and proofs of concept.
• Engineer automated, adaptive security controls using APIs and orchestration to improve prevention, detection, and response.
• Partner with teams to turn security challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Build repeatable engineering patterns, integrations, and documentation for efficient deployment.
• Continuously challenge and improve controls using threat intel and telemetry.
