Affinity Plus is seeking an Information Security Engineer to design, implement, and continuously improve its security program. You will manage security infrastructure, detect threats, and lead response activities to protect member data and systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT teams and external partners, with a focus on threat intel, vulnerability management, and security controls across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Information Security role.
• Experience with security frameworks and SIEM usage.
• Strong knowledge of threat intel tools and techniques.
• Understanding of Defense-In-Depth, Cyber Kill Chain, Assume Breach, and Zero Trust.
• Ability to respond to security incidents with direction as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage security infrastructure and controls.
• Develop SIEM use cases, detections, and dashboards.
• Collaborate on threat intelligence and incident response.
• Coordinate risk assessments and remediation planning.
• Support governance, strategy, and security program improvements.
