Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Security & Compliance Administrator to help military clients identify cyber risks, interpret policies, and craft mitigation plans. You will review technical and personnel details to assess the threat landscape and guide action through clear plans and milestones.

You will work with DoD/IC frameworks, leverage tools like Splunk and Defender, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure mission-critical systems. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting security audits, enforcing security policies, and managing security tools such as SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, and identity management solutions.
• Experience ensuring compliance with DoD and IC security frameworks.
• Experience using security tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Defender, AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, and Tenable Nessus.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or Information Security and 2+ years of experience in security and compliance management, or 5+ years of experience in security and compliance management in lieu of a degree.
