Program Overview

The IGNITE Graduate Development Program is designed to launch your career as a technology consultant within Atos. You will gain hands‑on experience across modern application development, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, user experience design, quality assurance, AI‑enabled solutions, and agile delivery and program management, while working on real client engagements alongside experienced consultants.

Graduates will either rotate through or specialize in key capability areas based on interests, strengths, and business needs, building both strong technical foundations and core consulting skills.

AI Tools & Innovation at Atos

As part of IGNITE, you will gain exposure to AI‑powered tools and solutions that enhance productivity and accelerate delivery. Graduates are encouraged to explore how AI can improve development efficiency, user experience, testing effectiveness, and overall solution quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates or upcoming graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• Strong preference for candidates located in the Chicagoland area.
• Strong interest in cloud technologies, AI, and modern software development
• Exposure to at least one programming language, technical discipline, or design practice
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn in a fast‑paced consulting environment
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills

Nice to Have

• Internship, academic, or personal project experience in software development, cloud, AI, or design
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Exposure to agile, DevOps, CI/CD, or AI‑assisted development tools
• Interest in consulting and working across multiple industries and technologies
