eNGINE is hiring an IT Support Specialist for an, on-site engagement located north of Pittsburgh.

This role will support a large-scale Windows 10 to Windows 11 deployment across the organization. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for preparing and deploying new devices, assisting with system upgrades, and supporting end users through the transition process.

Responsibilities:

• Deploying and configuring new Windows 11 machines
• Performing hardware replacements and system upgrades
• Providing hands-on support to users during device rollout
• Troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
• Documenting all completed work and following established deployment procedures

Requirements:

• Experience with Windows 10 and/or Windows 11 environments
• Familiarity with device setup, imaging, and basic troubleshooting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Must be local to the Pittsburgh area
