Support Services
  1. Break Fix: IT Onsite Desktop diagnosis and repair of hardware/software, including replacing faulty components or configuring replacement equipment.
  2. OEM Vendor Coordination: Managing faulty or new hardware requirements with OEM vendors.
  3. IMAC: Industry term for Install, Move, Add, Change of IT equipment, including configuration and installation for new users, relocating equipment within a site, hardware upgrades, and software de-installation.
Desk Side Support

Includes all types of physical assistance at the end user's desk to resolve IT-related issues.

In Scope:
  1. Incident management for endpoint devices such as laptops, desktops, mobiles, monitors, and printers, including hardware issues and OEM coordination.
  2. Support for Video Conferencing equipment and rooms, coordinating with resolver teams/OEMs.
  3. Coordination with OEMs on hardware/software issues.
  4. Advanced troubleshooting of technology and applications on all endpoints.
  5. Deployment and configuration of new hire equipment, manually or using automated tools.
  6. Deploying and troubleshooting Windows and Mac workstations using tools like Autopilots, Microsoft Intune, JAMF.
  7. Hardware and software provisioning (check-in and check-out).
  8. Coordination with other IT groups to meet SLAs and deliver quality customer service.
  9. Communicating technical solutions in simple terms to non-technical users.
  10. Occasional movement/lifting of IT gear within the site, involving minimal human effort.
  11. Uplift and reimage of leaver equipment and updating asset management systems/CMDB.
  12. Updating asset management systems/CMDB according to Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes.
