Ridgeview Institute Monroe in Monroe, GA is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Specialist to maintain computers, printers, and mobile devices and provide IT support for all users. Key duties include keeping the information system secure, ensuring 24/7 operation of hardware and software, implementing interfaces between servers and devices, and resolving software and hardware issues.

This full-time, exempt role offers a base salary up to $78,000–$82,000 per year, a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Two (2) years data entry experience, preferably in a health care setting, with a working knowledge of computers and business software application programs and experience with in-house processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility’s information system IAW security, privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures.
• Responsible for 24/7 operation of hardware and software
• Implements and maintains interfaces between servers, appliances, and other hardware within the Enterprise
• Analyzes, recommends and implements software replacements/upgrades; performs periodic maintenance; maintains systems and supporting users; and manages security.
• Security management includes data/information access control, data encryption, data transmission and security compliance tracking.
• Provides hands-on and remote support for configuration, installation and maintenance of networked workstation equipment and peripherals.
• Investigates and resolves software and hardware problems of computer users and provides other associated IS services.
• Investigates software/system user requirements and implements software and data setup and configuration.
• Responsible for maintaining the Multiple Functional Devices (MFDs – copier/printer/scanner).
• Responsible for upgrades and maintenance for mobile devices.

• Maintain confidentiality of facility employees and patient information

Your Experience MattersWhat we’re looking for:

Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Two (2) years data entry experience, preferably in a health care setting, with a working knowledge of computers and business software application programs and experience with in-house processing systems.
