Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Chief Information Officer, in Washington, District of Columbia. This is a non-bargaining unit positions.

Basic Qualifications

Specialized Experience

In addition to demonstrating the basic qualifications listed above, applicants must also demonstrate possession of specialized experience.

You qualify at the GS-14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level performing duties such as:

Applying new information technology security developments to ensure current guidelines are updated accurately.

Applying project management principles and methods to gain an overview knowledge of future IT enterprise infrastructure.

Processing engineering concepts to comply with organizational standards.

Leading implementation activities.

Assessing new systems design methodologies to improve software quality.

National Service Experience (i.e., volunteer experience)
