Job summary

Crew Training International seeks an Information Technology Specialist to maintain and upgrade training delivery systems in Las Vegas. You will operate hardware, troubleshoot issues, and implement software upgrades to ensure reliable content delivery for USAF-related training programs.

Eligible candidates have 2+ years of Help Desk experience, Security+ certification, and a Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of PC hardware/software maintenance and Help Desk experience.
• Security+ certification is required.
• Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, and properly dispose of training delivery system hardware.
• Troubleshoot delivery system performance issues and apply upgrades.
• Procure, install, and integrate delivery system upgrades and software.
• Support production of training content changes and software enhancements.
• Perform other incidental duties as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred.

Training and Experience: Possess 2+ years of personal computer hardware/software maintenance and Help Desk experience. USAF communication squadron experience is highly desired.

Computer Skills: Security+ certification is required.

Security Clearance: Must possess a Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate, monitor usage, maintain, and properly dispose of and replace training delivery system hardware.
• Troubleshoot delivery system performance issues.
• Procure, install, and integrate delivery system upgrades.
• Recommend upgrades to delivery system software applications.
• Recommend software upgrades for production of training content changes.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
