Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

We are seeking an experienced IT Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our company’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing network operations across all locations. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing network performance, and supporting both on-premises and cloud-based environments. The Network Engineer will work closely with the IT and security teams to support ongoing projects and improve overall system efficiency.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our company’s network infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN networks to support daily business operations.
  • Install, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Manage DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.).
  • Provide technical support and incident response for network-related issues.
  • Collaborate with IT staff on server, cloud, and cybersecurity projects.
  • Document network diagrams, system configurations, and standard procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with company and industry security standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience in network engineering, administration, or infrastructure management.
