Job summary

Vida Group International is expanding into Milwaukee, seeking an experienced IT director to lead technology operations and align IT with business goals across manufacturing and distribution environments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT leadership, strong budget management skills, and a background in manufacturing or distribution. Salesforce and data analytics experience are a plus as you partner with departments and vendors to drive cost-efficient technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT director or similar role. 10+ years experience
• Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
• Salesforce, eCommerce/order to cash, data analytics
• Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
• Experience in controlling information technology budget
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication abilities
• BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus

Responsibilities
