Job summary

Reflexive Concepts, LLC seeks an Information Systems Security Engineer II to join a mission HPC engineering team in Maryland. You will design and validate secure computing and enclave environments and drive RMF-based Assessment and Authorization.

The role requires DoD RMF expertise, IAM, and security controls, with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph eligibility. On-site work at MegaCenter, MD is expected.

Qualifications

• 12 years ISSE experience on programs of similar scope with recent work on access control and IAM.
• Degree in CS/InfoSec or related field; or 16 years total experience in lieu of degree.
• Familiarity with RMF, A&A processes, and security control traceability.
• Experience designing secure enclaves and cross domain environments.

Information Systems Security Engineer II

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Information Systems Security Engineer (Level 2) to join our growing team!

You will serve as a senior security engineering representative on mission HPC engineering teams, designing and validating secure computing and enclave environments and driving Assessment and Authorization under the Risk Management Framework.

Qualifications:

• Twelve (12) years of ISSE experience on programs of similar scope, including recent experience (within five years) with access control, identification and authentication, PKI, and network/enterprise security architecture
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security Systems Engineering, or a related field
  • An additional four (4) years of ISSE experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of Sixteen (16) years

Required:

• RMF process and RMF tools: LATTEART, XACTA, BISCOTTI, WATCHCAT, STE
• Compliance and configuration scanning tools
• NIST SP 800-53r3 and/or r5; NIST SP 800-37
• Hands-on Assessment and Authorization, security control traceability, boundary definition, artifacts and body of evidence, STIG implementation, false-positive validation, patch management, and technical validation
• DoD 8570 IASAE Level II certification (with verification code)
• Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph (most recent poly within 7 years)

Desired Skills:

• Designing systems that span multiple enclaves with differing data protection/classification requirements
• Cross domain solutions, COTS/GOTS cryptography, and intrusion detection
• Continuous monitoring program experience
• Strong collaboration with system administrators and system owners
