Responsibilities:

• Participate as a security engineering representative on engineering teams for the design, development, implementation, and integration of secure networking, computing, and enclave environments.
• Serve as the primary security engineering representative for designing, developing, implementing, evaluating, and integrating secure systems and architectures.
• Support the government in enforcing trusted relationships among external systems and architectures.
• Apply knowledge of IA policy, procedures, and workforce structure to develop secure environments.
• Support security planning, assessment, risk analysis, and management.
• Identify security requirements for proper handling of Government data.
• Interact with customers and project team members.
• Design systems or networks that include multiple enclaves with different data protection/classification requirements.
• Recommend system-level security solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (security investigation required).
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related field.
• 10-14 years of experience as an ISSE/ISSO on similar federal programs.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level 2.
• CISSP Certification.

Salary range: $145,000 - $175,000, depending on experience.
