American Cruise Lines is seeking an Information Systems Engineer to join our team in our West Coast region. This pivotal role ensures the continuous operation and support of critical shipboard technology systems, directly impacting the safety, quality, and guest experience that defines American Cruise Lines. You will report to the Information Systems Manager.
As an Information System Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of American Cruise Lines through a commitment to safety and quality while consistently exceeding company and guest expectations. Your duties will include ensuring safety‑related technologies are fully operational per federal regulations, maximizing the guest experience through quick‑response resolutions, and supporting shipboard operations‑related technologies.
This position requires frequent travel (approximately 75%) to vessels to perform repair, replacement, and/or maintenance of installed information systems, supporting our entire fleet operations. You will often be the first on the scene to troubleshoot or repair equipment.
