• Deliverable Quality: ensure on-time, high-quality contract deliverables.

The essential duties, experience, education requirements, and salary are subject to change.*The Information System Security Officer manages the cybersecurity program for assigned systems, programs, or organizational environments. Oversees security compliance, risk management, authorization activities, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and security operations coordination. Other duties may be assigned.Program Oversight: Serve as the primary interface with the GovernmentLead, keeping them informed of all program activities, risks, andperformance metrics.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive ProgramManagement Plan that outlines project scope, schedule, budget, and quality control measures to ensure all PWS requirements are met orexceeded.Resource Management: Direct and control all contractor activities,ensuring the optimal allocation of personnel and resources. Overseestaffing to guarantee all positions are filled with qualified individuals who meet the PWS requirements.Financial & Risk Management: Assume full responsibility for theprogram's financial performance. Proactively identify, document, andmitigate program risks, and provide timely issue resolution and corrective action plans.Deliverable Quality: Ensure all contract deliverables are submitted ontime and meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten or more (8+) years related experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.PHYSICAL DEMANDSWork is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls.
