Job summary

Canvas is seeking a security-focused professional to support DoD programs at Eglin AFB. The role covers RMF/JSIG compliance, documentation reviews, and continuous monitoring duties for Government systems.

You will coordinate patch management, COMSEC duties, and logistics for secure operations, attend audits, and assist with MOAs and IPTs within the 96 TW facilities.

Responsibilities

• RMF & JSIG Compliance: Advise and assist the Government with cybersecurity documentation, reviews, and continuous monitoring duties required by the DoD Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG) and AFI 17-101 (Risk Management Framework).
• Client Support & Liaison: Coordinate all network-related security patch management, hardware/software upgrades, installs, diagnosis, and troubleshooting on Government-owned assets with the Information Assurance Officer (IAO) or Information System Security Manager (ISSM).
• COMSEC Management: Perform COMSEC duties and manage secure telephone networks and usage.
• Program & Administrative Support: Track suspense’s for project meetings, team meetings, integrated product teams (IPTs), status reports, and taskers. Maintain Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), spreadsheets, and equipment tracking documents.
• Escort & Facilities Support: Provide secure escort duties within the assigned 96 TW advanced program facilities as required.
• Reviews & Audits: Attend and participate in organizational reviews, audits briefings, meetings, and working groups.
