ASSYST's Information Assurance and Cybersecurity Practice seeks an experienced Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support a Federal customer. The ISSO will oversee RMF, authorization, and continuous monitoring to protect Federal information systems and meet FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST requirements.
Candidates should have 5+ years federal security experience, a CISSP or CISM, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

The Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Federal information systems while supporting compliance with FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST security requirements. The ISSO will work closely with system owners, security teams, and government stakeholders to support the Risk Management Framework (RMF), system authorization activities, continuous monitoring, and cybersecurity risk management.
