Job summary

OMNI Consulting Solutions, LLC in Chantilly, VA is seeking an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to provide overall cybersecurity oversight for classified and unclassified systems.

The role supports RMF execution, accreditation activities, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management and cybersecurity compliance, reporting to the AO and customer cyber staff. Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are required, with 10+ years in cybersecurity and RMF experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
10+ years in cybersecurity / information assurance with RMF experience.
DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level II or III (CISSP, CISM) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide overall cybersecurity program management for assigned classified and unclassified information systems.
Oversee RMF execution including categorization, control selection, assessment, and authorization activities.
Manage the Authorization to Operate (ATO) process and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, and risk assessments.
Direct and oversee ISSOs and cybersecurity staff supporting assigned systems.
Oversee continuous monitoring and vulnerability management programs with timely remediation.
Serve as primary cybersecurity interface with government AO and customer cybersecurity staff.
Ensure compliance with DoD/IC policies (DoDI 8510.01, ICD 503, CNSSI 1253).
Report cybersecurity incidents and coordinate response activities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Cybersecurity or related

Active TS/SCI clearance

10+ years in cybersecurity / information assurance / RMF experience

DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level II or III certification (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)

Experience managing ATO packages

Strong knowledge of RMF, CNSSI 1253 and DoD/ IC directives

Master's degree in a related technical field

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall cybersecurity program management for assigned classified and unclassified information systems.
Oversee execution of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), including categorization, control selection, assessment, and authorization activities.
Manage the Authorization to Operate (ATO) process and maintain system security documentation (SSPs, POA&Ms, risk assessments).
Direct and oversee ISSOs and cybersecurity staff supporting assigned systems.
Oversee continuous monitoring and vulnerability management programs, ensuring timely remediation of identified risks.
Serve as the primary cybersecurity interface with the government Authorizing Official (AO) and customer cybersecurity staff.
Ensure compliance with applicable DoD/IC cybersecurity policy (e.g., DoDI 8510.01, ICD 503, CNSSI 1253).
Report cybersecurity incidents and coordinate response activities in accordance with program requirements.

Required Qualifications
