Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Information Security Risk Specialist to perform RMF-based security assessments on DoD cloud environments and advise on policy and procedure compliance within an accreditation boundary.

You will implement security controls, document risk exposure, and help educate teams while monitoring evolving security technologies to keep projects aligned with requirements. A TS/SCI clearance and DoD IAM certification are required or pursued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years of experience with the DoD RMF accreditation processes.
• Experience with RMF, STIGs, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-37, AWS, Xacta, or eMASS.
• Experience implementing and maintaining security controls.
• Ability to work through challenging security requirements and maintain compliance.
• Ability to develop technical documentation to support accreditation efforts.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
• DoD 8140 IAM Level 1 Certification.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
