Job summary

The Judge Group in Des Moines, IA seeks an experienced information security professional to lead IAM governance and policy development. You will manage security projects and review methodologies to ensure policy compliance.

You will work with Identity and Access Management technologies, SOX controls, and data security programs, translating business needs into secure, scalable processes. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10 years’ experience managing projects and developing security policies, methodologies, and procedures.
• Understanding of SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and PAM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of data security, access management, and provisioning on SailPoint IIQ.
• Familiar with SOX controls and requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science or equivalent work experience
• 5-10 years’ experience managing projects, work experience in developing and reviewing policies, methodologies, and procedures for security
• Understanding of SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and privilege access management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of data security, access management and information systems managing entitlements/provisioning on a platform such as SailPoint IIQ
• Familiar with SOX controls and requirements

Wants/ Preferred knowledge:

• Experience with protocols such as SAML and OAuth
• Experience with CyberArk
• Knowledge of automation technologies
• General security background, or experience outside of IAM
