Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• CISM, CISSP, or CISA certification preferred.
• 7+ years in Information Security or IT Operations management with 5+ years in IT Security and 2+ years leading IT Security staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Security Operations team including Analysts, Engineers, and Responders.
• Develop and maintain information security policies, procedures, and playbooks.
• Manage risk register and incident response plans, MTTR/MTTD improvements.
• Coordinate with SOC provider and vCISO on security initiatives and audits.
• Oversee threat detection technologies, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance.
