• Oversee incident management activities and lead incidents to containment, eradication, recovery and closure.
• Drive response efforts with critical thinking, investigation mindset and active listening.
• Track incident tasks, data and workstreams; report to stakeholders and leadership.
• Evolve internal processes in partnership with senior/executive leadership on Fusion Incident Management.
