Super is hiring an Information Security Officer to own security governance, policy and compliance across the organisation. This leadership role focuses on creating clear policies, improving awareness, and ensuring adherence up to the Board level.

The role requires deep GRC experience, strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and GDPR, and the ability to coordinate audits and drive cross-team compliance in a fast-scaling, multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in information security governance, risk and compliance (GRC).
• Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR and related standards.
• Experience owning security policy frameworks and running awareness/training programmes.
• Hands-on experience operating a GRC platform and driving compliance across teams.
• Track record coordinating internal and external audits and providing audit evidence.

Responsabilités

• Policies & governance: own and maintain company-wide information security policy framework and act as internal authority.
• Update and drive the security compliance strategy, including operation of the GRC platform.
• Training & awareness: design and deliver security awareness and training programmes for different teams.
• Driving & verifying compliance: ensure adoption across units, surface gaps, and escalate issues.
• Track and report policy exceptions and remediation progress.
• Data protection & PII: own the PII compliance plan and reporting to Board/Risk Committee.
• Audit & reporting: coordinate with external auditors and provide regular compliance reporting to leadership.
