Qualificações

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 4+ years of DevOps experience.
• 3+ years of development with Ruby, Python, Java and Perl scripts.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Orchestra, Harness, UCD, Artifactory, SonarCube, Blackduck and GitHub CoPilot.
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies/Kubernetes/Containers on IBM OpenShift.
• 2+ years of GitHub Copilot experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and modernize internally developed Ruby/RubyGems code, Perl and Bash scripts for automation of Directory service configuration and deployment.
• Develop engineering solutions in Python and implement via enterprise pipelines.
• Manage multiple CI/CD pipelines that support infrastructure configuration, deployment automation, maintenance scripts and custom code.
• Demonstrate expertise in code and scripts release management with tools including Orchestra, GitHub Pilot, Harness, UCD, Artifactory and Ansible.
• Collaborate with LDAP engineers to design and develop deployment automation capabilities.
• Develop Ansible playbooks to orchestrate deployments across various end points.
• Implement containerized product offerings with Kubernetes for deployment to Cloud (IBM Openshift).
• Utilize DevOps practices including CI/CD, automation, infrastructure orchestration, and cloud service delivery.
• Support and automate system compliance with federal compliance frameworks.
• Lead new projects and initiatives, driving them to completion within required deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior team member.
• Troubleshoot issues across the entire application stack.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and modernize internally developed Ruby/RubyGems code, Perl and Bash scripts for automation of Directory service configuration and deployment
• Develop engineering solutions in Python and implement via enterprise pipelines.
• Manage multiple CI/CD pipelines that support our infrastructure configuration, deployment automation, maintenance scripts and custom code.
• Demonstrate expertise in code and scripts release management with tools including Orchestra, GitHub Pilot, Harness, UCD, Artifactory and Ansible to facilitate rapid deployment and testing of infrastructure and configuration changes
• Collaborate with LDAP engineers to help design and develop deployment automation capabilities for manual operational process and new business requirements
• Develop Ansible playbooks to orchestrate our deployments across various end points
• Implement containerized product offerings with Kubernetes for deployment to Cloud (IBM Openshift)
• Utilize DevOps practices including CI/CD, automation, infrastructure orchestration, and cloud service delivery?
• Support and automate system compliance with federal compliance frameworks?
• Lead new projects and initiatives, driving them to completion within required deadlines?
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior team member

In this role, you will

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 4+ years of DevOps experience
• 3+ years of development experience with languages such as Ruby, Python, Java and Perl scripts
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Orchestra, Harness, UCD, Artifactory, SonarCube, Blackduck and GitHub CoPilot
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies/Kubernetes/Containers on IBM OpenShift
• 2+ years of GitHub Copilot experience

Desired Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience including coaching, training and mentoring
• Experience working with Ansible playbooks
• Experience working with monitoring and logging services
• Experience working in an Agile product environment and ceremonies
• Ability to conduct thorough investigations, including a deep dive, into reliability and scaling issues from both a code and infrastructure perspective
• Knowledge and understanding of issues or change management processes
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
