White Plains Hospital Medical Center is seeking an evening shift receptionist to greet visitors, manage passes, and coordinate patient/visitor needs within the CAMS building. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic computer literacy (Outlook/Word) and a patient, professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities include enforcing visitation policies, directing staff and vendors, and supporting the interdisciplinary care team.

Must practice patience, tact and caring nature at all cabinets. Frequently move boxes of visitor passes and other supplies and position self to store supplies in time. Must be able to remain in stationary position majority of Hospital. Must be able to move throughout the task. to work in fast-paced environment and multi-High energy level. AbilityMay be exposed to chemicals necessary to perform required tasks. Any hazardous chemicals the employee may be exposed to are listed in the hospital’s SDS (Safety Data Sheet) data base and may be accessed through the hospital’s Intranet site (Employee Tools/SDS Access). A copy of the SDS data base can also be found at the hospital switchboard, saved on a disc.
