Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory, audit, and compliance readiness for HEDIS and State reporting.
• Advance governed AI–enabled change control aligned to NCQA, CMS, and state requirements.
• Assess informatics requirements and identify integration opportunities for new tech.
• Assist data, reporting, and analytics to help internal teams draw insights.
• Coach informatics team on statistical and computational methods.
• Conduct literature reviews on data management, ML, and AI.
• Consult with industry partners to apply findings in real settings.
• Design documentation for system specifications and user guides.
• Define data models, integration processes, and governance policies.
• Develop data migration systems with data management teams.
• Establish testing systems to ensure defined requirements are met.
