Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-15 years total IT experience.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines and MDM batch jobs.
• Experience with data governance and data quality.
• Strong problems solving and incident management skills.
• Experience with API/REST/SOAP interfaces and IDQ/ETL tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly MDM batch jobs for data loading and synchronization, resolving data pipeline failures, and identifying issues.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues/incidents related to data, failed batch jobs, data loading errors, and user-reported bugs.
• Analysis (RCA) of recurring production incidents and implement permanent, proactive fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data stewards to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with data governance policies.
• Analyze large data sets to detect anomalies, data errors, and duplicates in the system. Prepare processes for data corrections in MDM.
• Monitor and maintain real-time and batch data interfaces between the MDM and its spoke systems using APIs, REST/SOAP services, SIF API, or IDQ /ETL tools.
