Job summary

Accenture Flex is hiring an Informatica Development Lead in Charlotte, NC for hybrid work supporting local projects. You will lead the design, development, and support of enterprise data integration solutions using Informatica technologies, providing technical leadership and driving best practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor developers to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions.

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of Informatica PowerCenter/IICS Development and Administration.
Minimum 5 years of Data Integration experience.
Minimum 5 years of ETL design experience.
Minimum 5 years of performance optimization and software engineering.
Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of Informatica ETL/data integration solutions.
Collaborate with business, architecture, and application teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
Drive technical decisions, code reviews, performance tuning, and standards adherence.
Analyze complex data integration challenges and implement scalable, reliable solutions.
Support process improvements, automation, and modernization initiatives.
Provide production support guidance and ensure operational stability.
Mentor and coach development teams to share knowledge.
