Accenture Flex in Charlotte, NC seeks an Informatica Development Lead to design, develop, and support enterprise data integration using Informatica technologies. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on delivery across ETL, data integration, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter/IICS Development and Administration.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with Data Integration.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with ETL design.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with performance optimization and software engineering.
Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Informatica ETL/data integration solutions.
Collaborate with business, architecture, and application teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
Drive technical decisions, code reviews, performance tuning, and adherence to development standards.
Analyze complex data integration challenges and implement scalable, reliable solutions.
Support continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and modernization initiatives.
Provide production support guidance, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure operational stability.
Mentor and coach development teams, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
