Job summary

Ask ITC Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Admin to install, configure, and support Informatica environments. This role focuses on Informatica PowerCenter and related components, with on-call rotation for 24x7 support.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience, familiarity with Informatica Data Quality, Metadata Manager, Master Data Management, Salesforce Adapter, and running on Red Hat Linux. Some development knowledge to aid troubleshooting is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and support of Informatica PowerCenter.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica components such as Informatica Data Quality, Metadata Manager, Master Data Management.
• Experience supporting Informatica on Red Hat Linux.
• Good troubleshooting methodology in a 24x7 on-call environment.
• Ability to convert to full-time employee.
• Some development knowledge to assist with troubleshooting.

This position is for an Admin , not a Developer. The ideal candidate will possess:

• 3+ years' hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and support of Informatica (PowerCenter)
• Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and support of Informatica components ( Informatica Data Quality, Metadata Manager, Master Data Management, Proactive Monitoring, Salesforce Adapter, etc).
• Experience supporting Informatica on Redhat Linux
• Good troubleshooting methodology (we support 24x7 via on call rotational pager)
• Ability to convert to FTE.
• Some Development knowledge – may help with troubleshooting .
