Job summary

Brooks Instrument, an ITW company, seeks an IT Business Systems Manager at its Hatfield, PA headquarters. You will lead the ERP and business applications portfolio, manage a global team, and coordinate internal staff and 3rd party resources to deliver value across manufacturing and sales.

You will oversee Infor XA, CPQ, TeamCenter, and Salesforce implementations, driving optimization, compliance, and ongoing improvement in a highly technical environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP/business applications experience.
• 2–5 years in a people management role preferred.
• Working knowledge of Infor XA ERP, CPQ, Salesforce requested.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ERP and business applications portfolio.
• Coach and develop a global team across ERP and applications.
• Oversee upgrades, configurations, licensing, and vendor relations.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and governance.
