Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Manager.
• 4+ years of relevant Infor WMS experience in Transportation, Logistics, Retail/Distribution, CPG, or Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of End-to-End WMS Business functions.
• Supply chain experience in large global tech firms or retailers.
• WMS SME with leadership and thought leadership in WMS Solutions.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced education appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on best practices in warehouse management.
• Lead consultant coordinating implementation initiatives and configurations.
• Oversee deployment and customization of Infor WMS to support business processes.
• Lead full lifecycle of Infor WMS projects from planning to post-go-live.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery meets client quality expectations and outcomes.
• Demonstrate flexibility and clarity in delivery while collaborating with EPAM teams.
